To reach success, we launch our partnership in three phases.

Getting to Know You

  • Meet with your staff and board to understand your organization’s mission, audience, and impact.

  • Define your short-term and long-term goals, including program and fundraising objectives.

  • Review past strategies—what worked, what didn’t, and lessons learned.

  • Analyze the collected information and assess the feasibility of achieving your goals.

Strategic Planning

  • Develop a strategic plan based on insights from Phase 1 to achieve your goals.

  • Refine your brand for consistency across platforms, ensuring your mission is clear and recognizable.

  • Pinpoint areas for improvement, such as strengthening organizational infrastructure for smoother campaigns.

  • Identify fundraising opportunities, including corporate partnerships, major gifts, grants, and events.

  • Create a detailed implementation plan and timeline aligned with your calendar and fiscal year.

Implementation

  • We will execute the implementation plan, ensuring all targeted areas receive focused attention. 

  • Weekly Updates: Summaries of completed tasks, including outreach efforts, meetings, and content distributed.

  • Monthly Reports: Analytics on campaigns (mailer performance, social media insights) and next steps for promising leads.

  • Quarterly Reviews: Strategic evaluations with recommendations for adjustments, prioritizing what’s working to maximize results.
